Terms and Conditions for Lifetime Access

Welcome to **The Arabic Guide**. By accessing our platform and enrolling in courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions related to “The Arabic Guide” Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

1. Prohibited Uses

3. Course Availability

  1. Lifetime access is valid as long as the course continues to be offered on **The Arabic Guide**.
  2. Courses may be removed for updates, policy changes, or operational reasons, at which point access to that specific course will terminate. 

4. User Account Requirements

  1. Users must maintain an active account on **The Arabic Guide** to access enrolled courses. 
  2. If an account is suspended, deleted, or deactivated due to policy violations or user action, lifetime access will be forfeited. 

5. Course Updates

Any updates, additions, or modifications made by instructors to the enrolled courses will automatically be included in the lifetime access, provided the course remains available.

6. Cross-Device Access

Enrolled courses can be accessed from multiple devices, including computers, tablets, and smartphones, using **The Arabic Guide**’s official website or app (if available).

7. Definition of Lifetime Access

“Lifetime access” means access to the enrolled course content for as long as the course remains published on **The Arabic Guide** and the platform remains operational. It does not imply perpetual access beyond the lifespan of **The Arabic Guide** or its services.

8. Modifications to the Service

  1. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. 
  2. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service. 

9. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All course content, including videos, text, and materials, is the intellectual property of **The Arabic Guide** or its instructors. 
  2. Users are prohibited from sharing, reproducing, distributing, or reselling any course content without prior written consent. 

10. Payment and Refund Policy

  1. Access to courses is granted after full payment is received. 
  2. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the refund policy outlined on **The Arabic Guide** platform. 

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
