Student Ratings & Reviews
In Sha Allah, I'll try my best to utilize them in a purposeful life.
Jazak Allah ho kaseeren, ya Ustaaz, for all your efforts. May Allah reward you in this life and the hereafter. Ameen.
It simply means welcome. So I welcome you to this review.
It has been months since I completed part one of the Arabic Language by Ustaz @muzammilahmadb I have been waiting for a flash of inspiration to start penning down what I have contained so far but can no longer. Since it is over-brimming and demands to be in a tangible form. All this time, I was contemplating the right words so that it goes right to one’s heart. Also, the inevitability of the stuck phase, wherein one is afraid of not doing justice to the celestial impact produced by a particular thing, was a kind of hindrance.
Let’s get started with rudimentary benefits …
Learning a new language is beneficial in myriad ways:
- It stimulates brain power
- It increases attention span
- Both parts of the brain come into play
- Improves our memory
- Boosts creativity
- Slows down cognitive decline
So, not only are you expanding your linguistic skills, but you’re also reaping all these incredible cognitive rewards.
Now getting down to the nitty-gritty of learning Arabic language
Rich and depth
Arabic language is incredibly rich and profound. It has the power to not only enrich our thoughts but also provide depth and strength to our ideas. By delving into the beauty of Arabic, we open ourselves up to lofty ideals and expand our mental horizons. I believe that without Arabic, our minds may be confined to limitations and simply regurgitate thoughts.
Recitation of the Holy Quran
It has impacted my recitation speed. Now I contemplate while reading, and experience so many eureka moments. I literally squeal with delight when I can decipher the beautiful script. Alhamdulillah. The joy and satisfaction it renders are transcendental.
Memorise with ease
I have realized that one can memorise the verses with ease if only one can understand.
When we comprehend the meaning behind the words, it becomes easier to memorize and connect with them on a deeper level. This riveting aspect has greatly contributed to my memorization of the verses of Al-Furqan. This I deem a breakthrough in my spiritual journey, which has brought about positive changes in my life.
Praying with mindfulness
Most importantly, it has strengthened my prayer. I no longer ramble rather I pray with mindfulness. It makes one accomplish khushoo in prayers. I feel attuned to every word I utter. It brings a deeper sense of connection and gratitude.
Method of teaching
The indirect teaching method used in this course is a positive aspect. It allows one to learn the language without feeling overwhelmed by its complexities. Also, I love how Ustaz Muzammil enlightens us at the end of each chapter with verses that contain the words we've studied. It's not only motivating but also enriching, providing a deeper understanding of the language.
Embracing the Arabic language opens up a whole new world of expression and understanding. It's truly a transformative journey! JazakAllah ya ustaz.
Jo ky 2 parts ky oper mushtimal tha Allhadullha bohot kuch sekha jazakallha ustaz
